Get Funded

How It Works

How does funding through Prime Funding Now work, step by step?

You apply online, share recent bank statements and the details of the opportunity, and our funding partners review which products may fit. If offers come back, you compare cost, term and payments before deciding. Some approvals come within a day or two, depending on documents, so preparing paperwork before a deadline matters most.

Step 1: Apply online

The application asks about your business, your monthly revenue, how much you are looking for and what the funds are for. For an opportunity, describe the deal in plain terms: what you are buying, from whom, the price and when payment is due. Clear details help funding partners route your request to products that fit.

Step 2: Share documents and answer questions

Many funders typically ask for recent business bank statements, a government-issued ID and a voided business check. For opportunity funding, the supplier quote, purchase order, auction listing or lease offer also helps. Larger or longer-term requests may add tax returns or financial statements. Sending everything at once usually shortens review.

Step 3: Compare offers

If a funding partner makes an offer, review the amount, total cost, term, payment frequency and any fees. Compare the payment schedule with when the goods or equipment will produce revenue. An offer that starts daily payments before inventory arrives may strain cash, even if the deal is a good one.

  • What is the total repayment amount?
  • How often are payments made, and when do they start?
  • Are there fees at funding or for early repayment?
  • Does the offer fit the sell-through window of this deal?

Step 4: Accept and receive funds

Once you accept an offer and sign the agreement, the funding partner sends funds, usually to your business bank account. Timing depends on the product, the partner and how quickly final items are completed. Then you pay the supplier, auction house or landlord and put the opportunity to work.

To avoid missing a deadline, apply before the deal is final. Read how long funding takes.

Frequently asked questions

Can I apply before the deal is final?

Yes, and it is often smart. Applying while you negotiate lets funding partners review your business in advance, so you are not starting from zero when the supplier or auction wants payment. Share updated deal details when terms are set.

Will applying affect my credit?

It depends on the funding partner and product. Some use a soft inquiry for an initial review and a hard inquiry later, while others differ. Ask about the credit check before you accept an offer so there are no surprises.

What if no offer fits the deal?

You are free to pass. Sometimes a smaller purchase, a different structure or better supplier terms makes more sense than borrowing. Our guides explain how to judge whether a deal is worth funding before you commit. You can apply again when your situation or the deal changes.

How do I get in touch?

The online application is the contact route. It gathers the information our funding partners need, including your revenue, the amount you are looking for and the deal details, so they can respond with real options. That is more useful than a general conversation without numbers, and you can include questions in the application.
