Short version: funding runs from $25,000 to $5,000,000, a decision typically comes within 24 hours of a complete application, applying is free, and checking does not affect your personal credit score.

How much funding can I get?

Between $25,000 and $5,000,000, depending on the product and the business. The amount is sized mainly against your business bank deposits and the deal itself.

How fast is a decision?

Typically within 24 hours of a complete application. Complete is the operative word — partial documents are the most common reason a file stalls past a deadline.

Does applying affect my credit score?

No. Checking what you qualify for does not affect your personal credit score.

Is there any cost or obligation to apply?

No. The application is a single online form, it is free, and there is no obligation to accept an offer.

What documents do I need?

Recent business bank statements, a government-issued ID and a voided business check. For a specific opportunity, add the supplier quote, purchase order, auction listing or lease offer.

Do sole proprietors qualify?

Yes. Sole proprietors are eligible. Non-profits are not, and at least 50% ownership is required.

Is there a minimum credit score?

No published cutoff. Credit is one factor alongside deposits, time in business and the deal. A newer credit file does not rule a business out on its own.

What if my business is seasonal?

That is normal here. Revenue-based financing exists precisely for it — payments rise in strong months and ease in slow ones.

Which funding type should I choose?

Match the repayment shape to when your goods turn into cash. Fast-turning closeout: short-term working capital. Repeat buying: a line of credit. A machine: equipment financing. A build-out: a term loan. Seasonal swings: revenue-based financing. Months to plan: compare SBA.

Can I get funding for inventory I have not bought yet?

Yes — that is the core case. Apply while you are still negotiating, using the quote or written offer, so the review is underway before the supplier sets a deadline.

I already have an advance. What are my options?

Additional positions are possible depending on your situation and the outstanding balance. If payments are squeezing cash, the honest levers are lowering the payment or stretching the term. Disclose what is outstanding when you apply.

Do you fund startups?

Generally no. A business with no operating history and no deposits gives nothing to size an offer against.

What industries do you work with?

Businesses that buy goods or equipment before they sell them: retailers, online sellers, wholesale distributors, manufacturers and product brands, auto dealers, equipment dealers, and discount or liquidation resellers.

How do I reach you about an application in progress?

Email funding@primefundingnow.com for questions, documents or status. New applications go through the online form.
